- Business Data: Invoices, customers, products, and related accounting records.
- Usage Data: IP address, login activity, device/browser information, and Service usage metrics.
- Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card information.
3. Use of Data
- Provide and operate the Service, including invoicing, reporting, and account management.
- Process invoices in compliance with Saudi e-invoicing regulations (ZATCA).
- Maintain account security, prevent fraud, and detect unauthorized access.
- Communicate important Service updates, billing information, and customer support messages.
4. Data Storage & Transfer
- Data is stored on GoDaddy VPS servers located in the United States.
- By using the Service, you consent to cross-border storage and processing of your data.
- Regular backups are performed for disaster recovery and continuity of Service.
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws regarding data storage and cross-border transfer.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data is retained while your account is active and for a retention period after account termination ([e.g., 30 days]) to allow data export.
- Backups may be retained for up to [e.g., 3 months] for recovery purposes only.
- After the retention period, all user data is permanently deleted from active servers and backups, except where required by law.
6. Sharing Data
- We do not sell or trade your data.

10. Company Closure or Service Discontinuation
In the event of Service discontinuation or Company closure, users will have the opportunity to export their data within the retention period. After this period, all user data will be permanently deleted. Users are responsible for retaining important invoices and records.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
